Tin Filler Panels and Tiles

Gracious Filler Border designs to choose from for finishing your tin tile ceiling! Fillers are smooth patterned border sections used to set off a decorative center section and are often used with molding that accentuates the decorative center. These fillers really let you get creative with your designs and can help where pattern matching is a problem. You never want to cut edge tiles to less than one half tile for the edges of a room, but sometimes measurements and fixture placement can get in the way of a design; fillers let you finish room edges without pattern concerns or you can mount a full width of tiles around the edge and fill the remaining gap with filler.

These fillers are available in two configurations: rolls and panels. The mounting may be Drop-in, Glue Up or Nail-Up. The Drop-in fillers measure 23 7/8 x 23 7/8″ and are installed on a drop down grid that suspends the ceiling. The Nail-up and glue-up panels measure 24 3/8 x 24 3/8″ and are intended to be nailed or stapled to wooden furring strips installed on your ceiling or glued up for smooth ceilings. For calculation purposes these panels are considered to be 24×24″ tiles. Rolls of filler are 1 ft. x 12 ft. unless stated otherwise in the descriptions. The fillers are available crafted of Aluminum so they will never rust. There are no sharp edges for safer handling and installation. Easy one person install.

Shown here in unpainted stock finish to demonstrate the designs, these fillers are available in the following finishes: Tin Plated Steel, Clear Coated Aluminum, White Coated Aluminum, Polished Brass and Polished Copper. Made in USA to highest standards, you can pay more and not get better Tin Filler products.
(The Tin Plated Steel finish is intended to be primed and painted on both sides.)
